Quartz tube

Fused Silica tubes are frequently used as components of complex chambers, as gas or liquid inlets or transportations pipes.
Fused Silica tubes produced by Heraeus are available in a wide range of dimensions. The standard product portfolio can be seen in the table at the bottom of the page. Quartz glass tubing is produced either in a single- or multistep process. Both yield fused silica tubing of precise dimensional tolerances that meet highest quality standards.
The multistep process seamlessly covers an outer diameter range from below 2 mm to above 900 mm in all electrically fused, flame fused and synthetic grades. This process is more flexible in both available materials and minimum order quantity.
Heraeus single-step fused silica tubing covers an outer diameter range from 10 - 60 mm and offer a cost efficient electrically quartz glass tube.
Specialty products such as capillary tubes or profiled tubes are available upon request.
